I have kp all over my body~
it is very uncomfortable to me and to top it all off i have rough hands! and extra lines on my palms? does anyone else have rough palms? or extra lines? or am i the only one?

I also have KP on the majority of my body, so I empathize. Everyone has lines on their palms/hands, the amount of lines and depth just depends on different skin factors such as what soap you use, genetics, occupation. Try not to use a soap with SLS or any of those anti-bacterial ones, they are very drying, get something gentle or natural if you can afford it, Maybe try rubbing some olive oil on your hands before bed, and wear like some cotton gloves, so it doesn't go on the sheets :P

I keep creamy body washes in the dispensers around the house and a good hand moisturizer near each sink. Moisturize each time your hands are wet. This will help. I have KP and Eczema. My derm said they are often seen together.
