For those who succeded with coco (directly on skin)

Hi everyone... Befrore reading this, please keep in mind english is not my language so forgive the possible grammatical mistakes
Now, I am a new member of this community (sounds a bit weir no? as if we were some sort of a sect... Keratosis pilaris sect... great...anyway) Though, before register, I have red lots of discussions, and was particullary interested with the famous coconut possible solution. I began to apply it on my skin a couple week ago, but not very religiously for I tried other stuff some days, and I do see a great and encouraging improvment: I have Kp on arms, thighs and buttocks, and for now, I can see a good results on my legs, that are getting softer. My arms seem to be slower to improve but that's ok I'll wait and for my buttocks, well, it's pretty the same... BUT, there is a BUT: the aspect itself does not improve at all, visible dots remain, and my arms especially stay very red.(maybe the dots are getting smaller? I'm not sure at all) I was wondering if it did the same for you, if, for those who had success with kp and more particullary with coco, you noticed this time-gap between the touch improvment and the aspect improvement. Just another detail, that might have it's importance: I have a very dry skin that, once upon a time, when I still was a very smart girl, I succeded to treat with vit E. Don't remember why but I stopped taking vit E pills, and my skin came back to it's awful dryness. I'm soon coming back to vit E and I was wondering if maybe, the dryness of the skin prevented the kp to get completely away? If any of you have some answers to that, I'll take it!
thanks for reading if you did

Re: For those who succeded with coco (directly on skin)

Oh, and just another question (I know I'm getting annoying, so manny questions in my little head)
Do you feel like coconut frees the hair stuck under the skin? because on my shins, I woulndt' say I habe bumps but I have those dots that seem to be cause by the hair stunck under the skin and since a few days, I've noticed that more and more hair are growing again, which is, I must admit it, a both good and bad new for I'm a very hairy person see^^ And yet, when I look at my thighs , I don't see the same thing (less hair maybe?), I see more like the bumps are just getting smoother. Is there a difference between these haire stuck under the skin and the bumps that can be there even if the hair is out? Are they both consequence of KP, or two different problems in your opinion?
