I found a special friend thanks to this forum
I would like to thank this forum and his administrators (such as Kebod and Elsa Zoe) for finding a special friend: Lot. She also is a member of this forum.

Despite the fact that having KP can bring a lot of stress and insecurities, KP also gave me a new friendship. We already have seen eachother a few times, including last night: we had a few drinks and a nice chat, it was a lovely evening.

It is very nice to talk to someone who has the same frustration lol . She is a great help in finding a solution. I hope together we can fight this condition, 'coz two minds are stronger than one!

My treatment: Oil pulling daily; candida diet (minimum of carbs, no sugars); omega-3 from canned salmon and sardines; sun exposure 10-15 minutes, 3 days a week, without sunblock; program to strengthen immune system; probiotic supplements; lots of water; moderate daily exercise; exfoliation with epsom salts and sugar several times a week. KP reduced 99%. If I go "off diet" -- grains, sugars, etc. -- or stop oil pulling, KP returns.
