- Elsa Zoe: 29 years old, Female. My treatment: Right now I'm 100% KP free. I scrub my skin every 2 days with Homemade Salicylic Acid Scrub and wash with a homemade soap. I always moisturize with organic oils. Also have psoriasis which Derm prescribed for short term use Clobetasol. My psoriasis is 80% better, been using Salyicylic Acid on my legs. Mi tratamiento: Exfoliacion cada dos dias con acido salicilico. Jabon hecho en casa.Siempre humecto la piel con aceites organicos.
