Just a few things to share with you.

I notice that several posts are in duplicate, sometimes triplicate, every day. I remove the duplicates, but I have a suggestion so that this doesn't happen. When you click, "Post Reply", please just click it one time. Sometimes it takes a while to finally come up on the page, but if you click it again, it is going to come up twice. I don't know why it takes so long. Just now, I replied to a post but it took so long to appear, I got up to do something else. When I came back to the computer, there was my post on the screen.

Also, there is no need to post in Big Bold Type. This can be hard to read. Normal size will work just as well -- all posts are read.

You are all a great bunch, sharing your success stories with everyone else. I think many of us are making progress.

Which reminds me -- when you have a success story to share and your KP has been reduced by 50% or more, please post your method or product on the sticky threads Thread Devoted to What Works For You

This way, all our success stories will be collected in two places, making it easier for newbies, and oldies, to find what has helped others.
