I've had instant relief (red bumps, inflammation irritation=gone)with applying hemp oil after bathing even dry topical application now if it does this instantly. what would gratification could be had if ingested so I've started to take as a supplement I'll let you know how it goes. done some research and this oil is said to work wonders in many area so many it's too much to list. try it let me know the results!
