I applied it after taking a shower and went to sleep. I didn't wipe it off. But I have to say, the little improvement I had with the redness at the beginning was about it. I haven't noticed any further changes. Quite disappointing actually because I was really hoping this would help. But it wasn't expensive and it helped to make the skin softer...so I guess no harm done Hope that somebody else has more luck with it.

what kind of coconut oil did you use clear or white which is centrifuged or virgin?

Hi everyone! Im back to update on my treatment. I can say it is much much better and still improving! Lets see: complitely gone in my forearms, little bit in my upper arms and legs, and also almost gone in my back and butt. And in the places where i still have it i get ocassionally one or two bumps and the dots are either faint pink or light brown like frekles. So every looking nice!
I have noticed that if i eat dairy i get a new bump. Maybe only one but there it is. When i come back from hollyday i will make the equivalent in my country to Vega Test.
