I haven't tried it yet, but i'm going to buy it tomorrow. It says that once you use it, you probably won't have to use it again, because it might clear KP for good.

I have tried every AHA product recommended for KP, including AmLactin, and had NO success (some made it worse).
I am having great results with Stridex Max no alcohol pads, followed by Finacea gel (RX only unfortunately).
I also found that scrubbing, with loofah, exfoliating gloves, or fancy scrubs, also made my KP worse.
Don't believe everything you read.
