Hi, I just joined after nearly 10 years of KP. Mine covers the entire backs of my thighs, my butt and some on my arms close to my elbows. It's really really really bad to the point that when new ones break out it causes discomfort to sit! I will post some pics soon. I wear long pants to the beach and I live in the Caribbean
. I've done the all natural diet, the Xango, the Retinol, the Glycone, the sit on a cushion (thanks dr. ****) during high school and host of other topical medications.Based on this thread I'm gonna start with the Oil Pulling. It sounds interesting and having been through depressions and resolved myself to endless vacations at fabulous resorts in long pants....i have nothing to lose. I'm just hoping my skin gets smooth so I won't flinch everytime my bf of 6 years now pass his hands on my butt or thighs. Ps. I'm 24..... |

Welcome to the KP Forum. I hope we can help you. If you do some reading, you will find lots of suggestions -- products and treatments that have helped others. Please let us know if the oil pulling helps. I hope you find improvement. kebod

My treatment: Oil pulling daily; candida diet (minimum of carbs, no sugars); omega-3 from canned salmon and sardines; sun exposure 10-15 minutes, 3 days a week, without sunblock; program to strengthen immune system; probiotic supplements; lots of water; moderate daily exercise; exfoliation with epsom salts and sugar several times a week. KP reduced 99%. If I go "off diet" -- grains, sugars, etc. -- or stop oil pulling, KP returns. |
