caution with creams/scrubs

hello everyone,

yesterday i was reading an article about kp in a nursing magazine (i work in a health centre) and the doctor who had written it said that it is really important when you are applying any kind of cream to the affected parts of your body that you do it in a downward motion, to follow the growth of the hair and to encourage the hair follicles to grow out smoothly and properly. Apparently this can markedly help kp! The same goes for using an exfoliant too.

I thought this made a lot of sense and wanted to share it with you all!
