As I've gotten older (I'm 19 now), my KP has spread. Originally it was pretty much confined to my thighs, which I could deal with. Then, in the past couple of years, it's spread to my calves/shins, and recently I've started to see signs of it on my chest. What's left on the rest of my body is mild enough that I don't worry about it, but can I prevent it from spreading or growing worse in the areas where it's very mild?
