Hello! I know everyone is different but I typically exfoliate for about 20 seconds on each arm before rinsing. I've found that if I do any more it actually makes my KP worse (more red and irritated)...hope this helps!!

I exfoliate for about 2 minutes each arm twice a day. My skin does get slightly irritated but it goes away in a few minutes.
