I've been to one dermatologist and I was said to have kp. But since then, I've been a little weary that maybe he was just rushing me along. I don't know if I have kp or if it's just ingrown hairs... why I say that is because when I don't shave for a few days I don't have any redness or bumps, it's right after I shave that I get some redness and few bumps. And I've noticed that in the bumps, there is always an ingrown hair that doesn't get out even if I shave. So I'm wondering how to know if I have kp or just ingrown hairs. It's only on my lower ankles that I notice this... and if it is just ingrown hairs, what do I do?
