its getting better slowly!!!

2 months ago i started using the seabuckthorn juice, twice a day morning and before dinner. quite soon my arms became itchy and a few days after that my skin flared up quite bad! i kept it going for two months and i hadnt seen much change and it was still very red. i ordered some aha15 from the usa which i now put on twice a day in the morning and when i get in from work.
my kp has noitceably gone down, id say 40-50% in a week after using this. i will post some pics this weekend aswel. my right arm seem less red than my left for some reason but nevermind. i do get some kp on my legs and calves but nothing i worry about too much, its just my arms i have thr trouble with.
i also use a multivitamin tablet, omega 3,6,9 tablet and 'tescos' own skin tablets once a day.
oh and i also use a very moisturising shower get called sanex which i also get in 'tesco'.
ive stil got quite a way to go but its definatley getting there.

Re: its getting better slowly!!!- updated 9/sept/08

just thought id update!
still using very moisturing shower gel- 'sanex moisturing' . and just got through my first pot of aha15. ive stopped using SB juice ages ago- one it was getting expensive and 2. i couldnt see anyimprovment using it.
anyway id say my arms are improved but not hugely! most improvment is my skin is a lot more smooth BUT the redness is still very much there. and soon as i do anything exercise wise my arms flare up.
think im going to try the oxide crystals in the next few weeks.
i also still take omega3/6/9, muiltivitamins and skin tablets from tesco.
