also i bought these biotin tablets. they are high in vit a . says its for hair, skin, and nails. also i never been a big milk drinker does vitamin d and calcium help the skin as much as the bones. i also notice milk has lactic acid do u think that some people might have the reverse problem and might be lacking in calcium and vitamin d ?

also heard drinking 5 gallons of carrot juice a day can rid it ? if it is a lack of vitamin a maybe we need to take even more then recommended since we might be lacking it and make it even stronger and maybe it wont affect our liver ?

Caliboy lets talk here maybe others know what we are talking and can site some comments. And also there's nothing to talk private because what we had is also the goal of others and that is to treat the keratosis pilaris. Thanks! But if its too confidential it just fine pm me.

keratin is a protein that our cells produce. it's part of the structure of our hair, skin and nails. It's pretty tough to break it down by chemical means. I think the massage works because you are applying mechanical pressure to loosen the keratin which forms on the topmost layer of the skin. But you have to be patient. It takes time to dislodge it. I'm trying Eucerin now, and hope to see some results after 2 weeks.

It's also puzzles me why KP appears only in specific part of the body, even though hair can be all over it.
