*Thin* Skin and KP??

Hi everyone - I have very bad KP on my legs. Bumps aren't a problem but lots of dark brown spots (I'm dark skinned). I've been reading these forums about using strong exfoliants, but aside from my KP, the skin on my legs is very thin. I'm very vein-y, so coupled with all the brown dots, my legs look hideous!

Would treatment options be the same for people with thin skin?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

I'm not sure but if I were you I'd try the non-exfoliating treatments (Sea Buckthorn, oil pulling, diet changes) before exfoliating. I'm not expert enough to tell you whether it would be safe or not to try exfoliating..
