I have always had these red bumps on the back of my upper arms... i thought they were just teenage spots as the appeared (i think) around the start of puberty but they don't seem to want to go away.
Anyways with abit of surfing on the net i found out about keratosis pilaris... which seems to look very similar to the bumps on my arms. i was actually looking for any help or advice that anyone can give me... it would be much appreciated!! so i would love any information on if there is any way to tell if i do have keratosis pilaris.... any info on ways to reduce it, (simple home remidies would be preferable as i am a poor student but anything that i could try would be great) and any back ground information on it because everything i do find contradicts other info i have... just a thanks for reading this and a huge thanks for any replys i get.... and i appologise for my spelling and lack of proper grammer. missmay ![]() |

Hi Missmay,
Welcome to the KP forum. Your description sounds like KP. You will find some remedies here: Thread Devoted to What Works For You Somewhere, I have a post on inexpensive remedies, but I can't find it right now. If anyone comes across it, please put a link here for Missmay. kebod |
