i cant get out there and live.if by live you mean go shirtless around friends and have a swim with a bunch of people or start dating girls with out kp. maybe someday but for now all of those things would emotionally KILL me.

John I can relate with you cause we are both 24!. I think its harder for a guy with KP it keep a girl over a girl with KP and keeping a guy. I also can't date long term but I do "hook up" with girls more in the player way..... not the way I want to go about it with but its the way I deal with it. If you date someone they will see it and they leave!, its happen to me a girl I was really into we dated in high school she moved (in high school I didn't have KP) we started it back up then the ohh what is that on your arms?... next she gone. I lived without KP and life was much better than with KP. And with how the world is all about image, KP isn't really the best thing to have!. I hope one day I will be KP free so I can ditch the player thing and get more into long term, my KP is getting much better but not clear. KP does emotionally kill a person!, I loved going to the beach, now no way in gods green earth will I go there now!. Also, I don't think its a good idea to get into a relationship when you have inner problems of self worth. Its tough to live with KP cause when your out all you see is people with clear skin and happy, I haven't really meet many people with KP and it effects 50% of people?... I think thats off. When people have seen it I play it off! like say yeah it makes me different from all you f***ers. joke about it and they forget about and talk about other stuff. But still doesn't fix the problem.

well its good to have someone who can relate. im glad you didn't say : no one notices your kp if your confadent. yah all the collage girls are clamering over confadent guys with kp hahaahaa hahaa

im also glad you didn't say: girls who judge you for having kp are superficial and not worth your time. there not bad people for not wanting to waste their time on me. thats a completely normal human reaction.

thats awesome....thats more than i can say. the older you get the harder it is to do that though. as girls get older they demand a relationship first. in my personal experience. i lack the confidence to do even that anymore, anyway

You should look into PUA (pick up artist) stuff, it will help you out on getting girls! trust me this stuff works REALLY well on girls. It help me fine tune my "game" and understand woman better and think it could really help you out with getting woman. You can get a free audio down load from one PUA guy its like 2 hours long and REALLY good, has the foundation on PUA. Its no cost and gives you a "in" on woman. I don't care want most woman will say about this stuff all I know it works! and pretty much on every woman at all levels of education. This does not get rid of KP or help how you will deal with KP but will help you out huge on getting woman. Would I date a woman with KP... yeah, if she was what I was looking for in a woman then why not. If you wanna see pick up youtube "keys to the VIP" its all about field testing PUA on girls and seeing who has better game really cool powerful stuff. Hope that helps you out with getting woman.

that pua seems interesting and sounds like it would be worth checking out if only for entertainment. i dought that i would ever consider there tactics because im sure it involves munipulation. thats just not me i dont like lieing or bending the truth. i rather just be completely honest even if that means failure. thats how i would want to be treated by them.

Well thats the thing about PUA it isn't being dishonest or lying you are being yourself just fine turning the way you hold woman at. Most guys put them at such higher levels that they are scared to talk and try to get woman. This stuff is what woman want out of a guy and its not about being a dick to woman or make them feel bad but how to trigger their emotion and make them interested into you. How to make woman want to be around you and be into you. It is really amazing on how well this stuff works on them it really is a text book on woman and you see it all the time they all react the same way to the different buttons you push. Woman do their hair all nice and dress real sexy and thats their PUA! this stuff they teach you is the mens dressing sexy one can say. Its our weapon to use against their sexy looks!. I said this stuff didn't help me with me being ok with KP but now that I think about I think it has.... it does kinda open your eyes that with woman looks aren't that important (I still haven't fully accepted that yet) but more on the way you make them feel. Woman manipulate guys all the time.... think about it when you go out to the club the girls manipulate guys into buying them drinks... they manipulate guys by the way they dress thats manipulating. I don't believe PUA is manipulating cause it works on how you should talk to woman and don't lie to them cause it can back fire. Its shows you signs in the way she talks to you on how into you she is and how to get her to be more interested into you by letting you know what woman want to feel like with a men and how to make a woman feel that way, which is to make her feel good not bad. I really think you should check into this stuff if you wanna be able to get woman this stuff can help you out a lot. i have found over the years that it is all about confidence....it is hard to have confidence about your skin with kp but it is possible.....if i use a glycolic body scrub in the shower and my skin feels smooth, then i have more confidence and feel better about being intimate with someone....

Have been on my own for a fair while now, can't imagine getting the kp under control enough to be confident enough to even go looking for a prospective partner. Years of having this condition have eaten away at my self esteem really and being on my own I have gone through stages of just giving up on the regime of scrubbing and moisturizing - of course it gets worse then. Earlier on I had gone to various doctors who patted me on the head and said it was nothing to worry about until I demanded a referral to a dermatologist who diagnosed it straight away - it was a wonderful relief at the time to just know what it was! A number of prescription lotions worked for a while and then it seemed that I just grew immunity to them as they lost their initial effectiveness in less than a couple of months. I don't think doctors understand how much it does effect your body image and confidence. I can't help thinking that if I was a super model and perhaps if money wasn't an issue solutions would appear!

Really it kinds of affects romanticism.. when my BF caresses my thighs I know he feels the bumps and he just does it for a little bit and doesnt touch that area too much and you CAN tell..geez it feels rough and bumpy sorta like when you havent shaved and thats nasty..he has told me many times " baby you have goosebumps" and I say those are not goosebumps thats KP..he goes whatever he doesnt care, he doesnt know the meaning of KP but like I dont care but I dont touch you too much either in those areas..Its not about ignoring it..its about giving it maintenance..so skin is smooother and more appealing to you and others..

That's what I'm scared of - knowing that when you're intimate that a guy might not want to touch certain areas (that I'm already self conscious about). Can't blame them because you know it doesn't feel smooth, like you said, like you haven't shaved or something. I want to feel good about myself for me so I wont be self conscious and can feel more appealing to others.

Definately would date someone with it, I don't personally think it's that terrible - it's not contagious and there are a lot worse things to have so I count my blessings. It's just the thought that I would be grossing out them!

yah....i mean we all could be dead rite now of something else. or we could have another worse disease. we should appreciate being alive.
regardless i still get angry and mad when i think of all the good times i should be having now while im young.
the best moments in life are relationship moments or second best besides family moments .

i just watched the keys to vip. very amusing. and there were some excellent suggestions in there. i enjoyed it. but its still not going to get rid of this kp. as much as i would enjoy going out and having a one-night-stand with a lovely lady, i could never bring myself to take my shirt off or have her feel up my arms or back. i believe she would either freak out or be thinking about it the hole time an that would ruin it.
also i dont like being around those superficial-soulless-materiallistic-child like mentality-though often very hot- woman. i like down to earth girls. you usually don't get that at the bars. i have to commend you though im sure your quality of life is much better than mine, i havent had relations or a relationship for over three years now[ a single tear drop fell] :0 each passing day i get angrier

i feel terrible rite now.
a very beautiful girl[one of the most beautiful girls ive ever seen] i used to date is trying to get together with me. i used to be so infatuated with her. we were insanely passionate with each other. so many sparks!! but that was when i had very mild kp.
and now she would be so repulsed by me
its like there's a billion dollars rite in front of me and alls i have to do is take it, and its mine. but i have no arms. no she would be better than a billion dollars.
i just feel like crying. but no tears are coming out.
why is life so cruel ?why??????i dont deserve this ...lots of people deserve this ......but not me
