Re: 5 days Skin 75% clear !!!!!
i don't think it is possible that niacin or any other tablets will clear your skin 75% in just 5 days. Because there are still a lot of dead cells accumulated on the pores that you can't get rid of without mechanical or chemical exfoliation.

I've heard about this before and I'll go out to buy this tomorrow, but I wanted to know how long the flush lasts?

Re: 5 days Skin 75% clear !!!!!
I just realized I can't find any niacin tablets that aren't "flush-free"or time release. Is there a brand that sells niacin that isn't time released?. Would crushing time release or "flush free" pills allow the flush to occur?

I crushed a time released pill and it works like a regular Niacin pill. |
