Since KP is a build of Keratin in the skin then.. will avoiding these amino acids make it well... go away.?

I mean how do we get Keratin.. Im not really sure but is it through food?

And will it help KP if we avoid these foods?

I'm not that great at biology, but your body produces keratin. It's what your hair and nails are made of. If there was someway to stop your body producing keratin entirely you would have to be bald and fingernail-less, which I think would be worse than KP!
