Kp Getting Worse!!

Kp Getting Worse!!
I don't know whether it's in my head or not but I think my kp is getting worse. Right now I exfoliate with a body scrub conatining sacylic acid and I use a scrub brush which kinda hurts. I used to use the loofa but that irritated my kp. I bathe in warm/hot water to open my pores and then rinse off with cold to close them. After that I use Cetaphyl moisturizer while the skin is wet ( I just started doing that tho) I mean maybe I should give it sometime but some of bumps are scarring. Ok..I pic at them sometimes. I mean one leg looks ok..the other looks horrible. I'm thinking about trying the oil pulling thing. What should I do?? HELP ME!!

It's hard to recommend a product or remedy, because something that helps one person may not do anything for somebody else. Your best bet is to start trying different things that others have had success with. Read the two threads:
