I posted a thread in the KPRF area. I figured I would post it here too. I have been suffrering from KPR and KPRF since I was 10. I was unaware of treatments until about two years ago when I went back to the dermo just to make sure what I had was KPR because it pretty much covered my whole body. They confirmed yes it was and gave me all kinds of expensive annoying creams that didn't work. The funny thing is that they really didnt classify the KPR from the KPRF.
Anyway I started tanning again this year, and always took notice that it did help clear up my KP so I decided to look up my condition on the internet again. I found this site and was quite excited when I saw the Sea Buckthorn treatment worked on the one girl quite well, I think she has the same type as me, I mean the pictues of her arms and body look identical to mine. I don't know if she has the KPRF but I hope the SBT helps mine.
So I am going to try the SBT treatment as well as go tanning for both my conditions. I hope something helps. I hate my skin. I hate alot of things about myself. I have bad skin, with acne,KPR and KPRF, fine hair, and I am a little chubby. I mean I am not disgusting but I beleive that if I could fix a few things I would be much happier with my apperance, therefore helping me feel better about myself with life as a whole....

I'm starting SBT soap soon too. As well as sun exposure. Here's hoping for the best.

Hi cammy, I have both Kp and KPRF since I was around 10 as well..tanning helps for me too because on holiday after a few days of sun and sea my condition clears up! only not really on my cheeks...I'm trying SBT as well! I have the lotion and the drink and will by soap as soon as possible..so I hope You and me will see improvements..as for the kprf, I'm on the waiting list in the hospital for a PDL treatment..I cover my face with make up which works perfect when I go out and in the evening you wont see the make up..but In the daylight you may sometimes see the make up and some redness and i hate that..I think you know what I mean but let's hope for the best with our treatments and try to stay positive!!!

I will try.... so the redness on our faces is not the same condition as the redness on the rest of our bodies??

there is a connection..but the redness on my body is due teu red bumps..I dont have those on my face. Only vascular redness
