I've been applying this lotion for about a week for as many times in the day as I can. (usually 2-3).

I have KP on my upper arms, the kind that are like raised bumps (not just the red dots) and my arms are SUPER smooth. Love it!

You do need to watch out for the sun because you will burn. Also wash your hands after applying.

definitely agree with you on this one. I've been using it for 2 months and its awesome. But dont overuse it as it makes your skin thinner. At first i use it 2x a day thinking it will hassen the effects but i was wrong. using it once per day gave me better results.

Yes that's for sure. I used it so much that my skin started to peel (like after you sun burn). So I've cut done to once a day as well. It's still the best product Ive tried by far.

I might give this stuff a try. Do you apply it after your morning shower?

You really need to be careful because it stings if you have scrubbed your body in the shower.

If I've scrubbed then I don't apply after the shower, I apply at bedtime and wait till your body absorbs it. Haven't timed how long its absorbed, but its pretty fast. Try what works for you.

This leaves your feet supper soft as well, so don't forget them too!

When i started using Soul owner i skipped "scrubbing" while in the shower. I just use Neutrogena Exfoliating Body Wash with salicylic acid then follow it up with Oil of Olay Body Wash with cream ribbons to keep the moisture then apply SOul Owner after drying

Glad to hear you have your own system. I dont use olay or neutrogena myself. I use Kiss My Face Organic Moisturizer - Almost Butter Ultra Creme it's so hydrating! and Kiss My Face Olive & Aloe Soap Bar .... love it!
