I've had Kp on the back of my arms since I can remember and developed it on my upper thighs and bottom a few years ago..... ONLY JUST DISCOVERED A NAME FOR IT!!!!

Anyway... just started treating it.

I will post before pics asap but for now these are the products I have found via the internet.

Sea Buckthorn Soap - I am waiting for this to arrive. I will use it to wash before applying the aha. Glycolic Acid - Donell AHA 20%, I am applying this twice a day after exfoliating with St.Ives apricot scrub.

**Please do not rub the aha into your elbows!!! My Elbows and the skin around them looks burnt! I am applying to just the kp area as from now!!**

Urea - I bought U.Lactin Body lotion to use in between aha applications to keep the skin hydrated. It contains 10% urea and 2% Lactic acid.

Both of these products were brought from a uk website, delivery was quick and service great.
