I just spent an amazing 17 pounds... well 34$... on 250ml... Being only 16 years old thats A LOT for me to spend. So I was just wondering before I open and tear it if there are chances of it working? I really dont wanna blow away that much money

Being in the UK its hard to find reasonable products so any advice is great thank you
