I just want the bumps gone =( UK-er
i'm from the uk, and i think i have tried EVERYTHING!
I've been using a coconut moisturiser with 100% coconut oil in it, and it helps with the smoothness, but it came to a point where it stopped doing anything. The best thing that i've done is to use a loofah brush in the bath with some dettol in it, using soap or a dove body wash. This removes the dead skin cells, and lets the dettol get to your skin. My derm told me to use the dettol, whether it works or not i dont know and then id scrub with sugar.then i used the philosophy soul owner which really helped, and i ran out a while ago. The stuff is really expensive and is so hard to get here in the UK. From the philisophy website its a really good price, but the postage is around 20pound! anybody know any product to just clear the bumps? or know anywhere to find soul owner cream in the uk? Thanks katy |

Katy,
Oil pulling reduced my bumps by about 90%. For more info see the thread "Cured at Last" under General Discussion. kebod |

glytone kp kit (specifically the body wash which you can buy seperately) worked a MIRACLE on my bumpy arms, back and thighs: Amazon.com: Glytone Keratosis Pilaris Kit: Health & Personal Care
Oil pulling only made my teeth ache. |
