theres no difference. it just has to do with your skin pigment. if your dark then it will probable look browner if your pail then your kp might look redder

The exact mechanism behind inflammation escapes my mind, but that's what the redness is, inflammation. You should do some research on it.

The reason darker skinned people don't have inflamed KP as often as lighter people, has something to do with the extra pigment in their skin. You might be able to find something about this if you do some searching on the Forum.

Certain foods can worsen inflammation. That much I know. Tanning will reduce inflammation, though I couldn't tell you why. Normally I'd go and do some research for you but I'm about to go to bed, so maybe unless someone posts this info for you, I'll have more on this for you tomorrow.
