This is how I fixed my problem

I posted this on the teen forum before i noticed this was a larger veiwed one.Okay I just wanted help some people out . I made my arms very smooth by useing sugar in the shower. Take some sugar into the shower with you everytime and rub it on your problem areas. Then after you get out put lotion on them aswell . This worked in alittle less than a week for me ..I hope this helps some people.

Yes, this is called sugar scrub, and lots of people use it to exfoliate.

It is one of my favorite methods!

Yeah! sugar scrub. woo! cheap AND convenient. I put mine in a plastic container with a lid so that I have many showers' worth in the shower. I try to remember to wear rubber gloves so I don't overabrade my hands. and then I just use the sugar with water also - no soap. My skin is quite sensitive so I barely scrub- I really just sort of distribute the sugar around on my skin and that's enough for me - if I scrub too hard I will turn redder. And putting oil on my skin after the shower is absolutely necessary. - bd

Re: This is how I fixed my problem

you can do the same with salt and it'd be even better, as salt has healing properties.
