Do you work out?
My brother had KP on upperarms and after he started working out he got rid of these awful bumps. He ever said I have Kp cuz I'm a lazy girl, although I look skinny I need to work out to eliminate toxines. And it makes sense now, after reading Oil Pulling and diets improvements on KP - they're all help us to keep our body healthy by eliminating toxines as well.
I'm not fat but I'm fairly lazy! So what about ya, do you work out? ![]() |

yes..i work out. I lift weights..But I have started to jog as well. And i have this track suit that don`t breath. So i get really sweat when i run. A lots of toxins is realeased trogh sweat. So I think this is a good way to detoxify..

It's interesting you bring this up because I used to work out about 6 days a week. When I stopped doing that my arms broke out with KP, which I never used to have before. It was always just on my chest and back. Now that I've started working out again, the KP on my arms is virtually gone, I just have the scars.

Vanessa,
Try applying aloe vera gel to the scars daily and also getting a little sun (5 minutes) every day. This may help reduce the scarring. If you try this, if it helps, please let me know. kebod |
