What percentage of TCA is use in Obagi Blue Peel?

What percentage of TCA is use in Obagi Blue Peel? I was thinking of getting it but I think it maybe a lot of cheaper if I buy a TCA peel from ebay/internet and do it myself. Any advantages to the Blue Base from Obagi?
