Vitamin D?
I was wondering if anyone knew about Vitamin D helping KP? I've only jumped to this conclusion as people have associated getting UV rays as beneficial. I would tan more to help my KP but I'd rather try a safer way first such as taking Vit D tablets.

Yes, it was one of the first things that I thought. So I started taking vitamin D, but it wasn't for a very long time, and I saw no difference. Getting out in the sun did more by drying them up, and quite possibly killing parasites, if in fact it can be caused by the Demodex mite.

thanks for that McTendo! I think I'll just finish up the bottle I got and if there's no difference I just won't get a new one :P
