![]() Hello if you have been cured or treated with oil pulling please tell me and the others your experiences. What oils did you use, and what did they to your skin? We may all be able to learn from this , possibly with enough help we can create the best KP destruction plan on this FORUM!!!!! Im interested in the other methods to but I want to find the best and then combined them into a daily program thus illiminating all of our KP problems ![]() So first we should find out which oils are best for our KP in oil pulling: Please list your suggestions and i will create a KP daily plan later after all the best ideas have been said. For those who post any suggestions Im very thankful ![]() |

Re: Oil Pulling List Of Cured
Well I'm no expert, but the main source people online are getting these Oil Pulling ideas is from this link.
Oil Pulling, Wonderful Therapy He recommends the use of Sesame and Sunflower oils. I think when recommending oils you need to look at 2 things. The actual compounds in the oil that are good for your body, which would be what types of fats are in it, AND different oils success rates with OP. |

Re: Oil Pulling List Of Cured
Coconut oil is the best for me. My terribly dry skin ended when I started oil pulling. I notice that other oils (untoasted walnut, untoasted sesame, olive oil, avocado oil) do just as good a job of keeping my KP under control, but coconut seems to be the best for keeping my skin soft and moist.
I really think that oil pulling is just part of the big picture, the other parts being a very healthy diet, lots of water, daily excercise and a very healthy life style. Oil pulling won't be as effective if we continue to eat junk and abuse our bodies in other ways. kebod kebod |

Re: Oil Pulling List Of Cured
Oil Pulling and EFA supplementation have given me healthier looking skin, clearer skin, better skin tone (less papery/aged looking) and rid me of some joint pain that I used to take Ibuprofen for constantly (which can give a person an iron deficiency).
My KP is not 100% cured at this stage. It is 85% to 90% improved. Do you call it a _cure_ when you finally supplement your body with the nutrition and care it needs daily in the first place? As an example, in December I caught the flu and my compliance lessened (meaning I didn't OP every single day and I didn't take oil capsules because my stomach couldn't handle them). Of course, I got some KP on my arms where I hadn't seen it in months, one buttock broke out a bit (not the other ?!?), my calves continued their weird expelling of hairs with keratin plugs attached, my thighs actually only got a little bit like my arms. But, my skin has bounced back quickly, my arms are cleared up, my calves are easing up a bit (finally) and other areas are just about clear again. I also have done my sugar scrub in every shower to loosen the KP that formed while ill but if I supplement properly for a while, I can drop back to doing it once or twice a week easily. - bd |
