Smile Help Please!!!

Hi, im 15 and im a guy

I would like to clarify that i have kp on my arms legs face, back chest and stomach. And people do bring it up to me but i tell them what it is and all they do is say ah that sacks haha. I would also like to say it dosent effect my muscles and fat because i work out 6 days a week and i am pretty buff, my arms are 13and a half inches , and im only 149 pounds. I started resistance training and barly any cardio(interval training) about 3 months ago, and my bicepts are now bulging , my 6 pack is starting to rip
and my chest, and back.

so anyways

I went to a dermatoligist and he proscribed me to Perrigo : Ammonium Lactate Cream-
contains light mineral oil, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, propylene glycol, polyoxyl 40 stearate, glycerin, magnesium aluminum silicate, laureth-4, cetyl alcohol, methyl and propyl parabens, methylcellulose, fragrance and water. Lactic acid is a racemic mixture of 2-hydroxypropanoic acid

And it is working pretty well but mostly fading my kp,
and i want it to be like all of the CURED post in this forum, any sugesstions of creams that you know that work better than this one?

Re: Help Please!!!

Cooldude,

The best advice I can offer is to read everything you can here and try some of the successful remedies. Good luck and let us know if you find something that works.

I don't use anything with propyl parabens as an ingredient. Its use is controversial, as it has been found in the tissue of women with breast cancer. Also, fragrance is not necessary, and is just exposing your skin to another chemical it has to absorb and deal with.

Re: Help Please!!!

I don't think there is any one product that can cure KP for everyone...Of what I can work out from this forum anyway. But if the one you are using is working well I would stick with it and hopefully will eventually clear it.

I don't know if it's just me or not but I can't use any creams with fragrance in them because it makes the KP flare up even worse.
