Hi,, you have probably tried this b4 but it has helped me greatly...I was a user of body washes till i realized they were drying ( anything with laurel/laureth/ammonium/sulfates) I began to only use Irish spring with aloe,, still drying and worsening the condition on my arms so next i try Dove,,, and after months of Dove use i have improved soooo much,, but theres one other thing also,,,, i sleep in long sleeves.... this causes moisture to build up in the shirt sleeve and warm and moist ur skin,, its helped so much , i dont even think about it anymore and i was sooo bumpy b4.... i hope this can help someone else, thars why i posted
