I'm glad I found this site.

Hello everyone.
I've had KP for as long as I can remember and was finally correctly diagnosed about six months ago. MY Mother said that my Dad had it but it went away as he got older. I'm 36 and I have it on my arms and upper body. I also get acne type blemishes on my legs if I sweat when wearing pants. There used to be a body wash called Spectro Gram2. It worked amazingly well on preventing my leg problem and helped my KP but ofcourse they don't make it anymore. I've been using a body wash called Heputane and it works well but not as well as Spectro Gram2. I've been using a new cream called Dermalac that is helping the roughness and redness but the bumps are not going away. It also comes in a lotion. I live in Canada so I don't know if people in the States can get these products. They are OTC and cost about $16 each. I've tried a lot of creams and clensers including Retin A and found that the two I've mentioned work the best.

Mitchell, welcome to the board. I live in Canada as well (Ontario) and that Spectro Gram stuff sounds so familiar. I must have seen the name at Shoppers or something. Anyway, I was just going to say that I have found that when they stop selling something at Shoppers, they tend to still have it kicking around at Pharma Plus. Pharma is pretty sh#tty so I don't know why they would have something that Shoppers wouldn't, but that has definitely been my experience. Anyway, I just thought I'd let you know. Good luck with everything!
