it's only been a couple days of soap and lotion and i can already see it slowly getting worse, and i got a pimple on my forehead (haven't had acne for nearly a year since i took accutane)

Hey Everyone! Just though i would give an update. So i tired everything the soap, lotion, face wash, shampoo, oil, pills, and the SBT drink and nothing happened! I did the whole routine 2x a day (except the shampoo which was every 2 days like the bottle says) No breakout, no spreading, and worse of all no improvement. The whole thing that it did do was make my water bill sky rocket and skrink my wallet! If anyone else tires this i hope it works. Everyone is different so every treatment isn't going to work. Bummer though i was really hoping it would work!

I forgot to tell everyone that i did the routine 2x a day for exactly 16 days! My acne got a little worse after the first 2 days but then it went back to normal and no other changes!

i've only been doing it for 3 days and the lotion looks half way empty already. i cover my body in it twice a day. how did you get it to last 1-2 months?

Hey dmoney! I bought 2 bottles of lotion and i rubbed the oil on after the shower and before i applied the lotion it helps everything go a little further and i felt much more moisturized. My family talked me into trying for a full 30 days and thought maybe i didn't break out yet because i am tanning every other day for 20 minutes. But i don't know if i am just imagining it or not but it seems like NOW its getting worse since i stopped using SBT, do you or anyone else think that's possible?

You cant get it to last longer.. They are pretty small bottles. I bought 2 and one is about done. So its lasted about 9 days i would say..

I starting using Seabuckthorn soap about 4 days ago. So far, my KP has not spread, and it has only gotten slightly worse. My arms just look a little redder than usual. Does this mean it will work for me? I am going to continue using it for a while...how long does it usually take before the redness starts to go away?

it might just be a delayed reaction

i've been doing it for 10 days (soap and lotion) and it's gotten a lot worse and i've gotten two pimples on my face (which i never get), so hopefully this stuff'll work quickly and it can start clearing up!

i am in the uk. i bought shampoo, soap, capsules, and body oil from uk ebay. i can not find the Aubrey Organics Sea Buckthorn Lotion. so i have to order it from america(VitaminLife.com).and the postage is about $21. i ordered 3 of them. and they are on the way now. in fact i found lots of sea buckthorn products from chinese websites, if it works, i probably will buy lots of them next time when i in china. cz they are much cheaper.

Ok, well I've been doing the lotion and soap for about a month and a half. My lotion just ran out but I still have some soap. I am barely starting to see tiny little breakouts on my chest and back. So I'm conflicted.......should I buy more lotion...or should I buy something else, like the capsules or coconut oil...any suggestions?

Vanessa, i am having the same problems! I have been using SBT lotion, soap, shampoo, pills, face wash, oil, and even the drink for a little over a month now and NOTTA! I do admitt the acne on my face fleared up but it always does towards the end of the month cuz of pms... so i can't say if the SBT was what caused it. I don't know if i want to continue using SBT products either. On the 31st I am going to the plastic surgeon who did my breast augmentation (so i trust him with body and my life obviously lol) and he is going to look at my rash and see if IPL will help. Keep in mind i have hardly any bumps, but the horrible red dots all over my arms and legs and thats really what i want to fix! I hope something starts happening for you though

Well since I've been doing it for only a month and a half I still want to continue but I don't know if I should add products to my routine... I went over and read the thread on oil pulling so I'm thinking of adding that in as well. Btw, I've gotten laser done and spent thousands of dollars on it and it did nothing. It lightened my scars, but didn't prevent the breakouts, so I have scars all over again. I think once I get this under control, then I will go ahead and have laser treatments, but not before! I have lots of brown/reddish dots as well, and not big breakouts, but when I get even one, the dots stay forever, and they add up over time. Best of luck! It should be interesting to see what your doctor says!
