I would say the vaseline healthy body complexion lotion, by far, works the best (for ME), particularly for its price.

The redness on the backs of my arms is gone (as it worsens, the redness becomes more prevalent) & the bumps have smoothed out (I'd say approximately 80% gone). The appearance is improved. I've used this before & I have come back to it, and it works as well as it did before.

I thought I'd post this in case it can help someone.

It doesn't work for me, it makes my skin not dry but NOTHING gets rid of the redness. The only thing that I think could get rid of the redness is DermaDoctor KP Duty beacuse it specifically says that it gets rid of redness. Sephora has some other lotions that treat redness.

I had my DR prescribe Salex for me (6% salicylic acid lotion) & it did not do anything for my KP while others have had great success with it.

As we see repeatedly, what may work for one may not work for another. All we can do is continue with the trial & error process.
