Ever since I have been taking this Nature's Way liquid vitamin, my kp has been getting better everyday! It's now to the point where I just look like a normal person who needs to put some lotion on their arms! And it's still getting better, I wake up and show my mom the difference practically every morning! I've tried multivitamins before and they've never done ANYTHING at all for me, let alone randomly cure my arms. I'd assume the difference for this stuff is one of two things: 1 this is probably the most complete supplement I have ever seen in my entire LIFE or 2, the liquid makes it so I actually absorb the vitamins. I've been taking this stuff for around 3 weeks I'd say, and the difference is just astonishing. I'd really recommend this stuff, despite the price and the taste. It's still better than oil pulling and more effective too! This especially amazes me as we're going into the colder months and my KP is usually getting much worse around now... I don't want to just sound like some spammer plugging a product, I just really want to share this!
