Hi,

i have Kp on my upper arms for a very long time. I wanted to know if waxing the hair on my arms will worsen the kp. the last time i waxed seems to have increased the bumps... don kno if it is because of the waxing or some other reason... pl do let me kno if there is a connection... if anyone has any idea bout thiss...

i've tried to wax...bcoz thought that hair is one of the factor that leads to those bumps (keratosis pilaris). i actually did wax my upper arm which hv been affected by KP. it's actually a bad idea...bcoz it makes my skin itchy and it turned out to irritate my skin. based from my experience, don't think it is advisable to wax if u have KP on arms..

Arrow Waxing if you have kp on arms
I have waxed my arms, including the upper/back of my arms, which is where the KP is. It did not worsen my KP in the least.
