I'm really ashamed of my kp, since i have it on my arms, thighs and my chest...I'm really happy that i found this forum, at times i felt like i was alone on this...I keep reading different solutions to "cure" my kp but i'm not sure which one to go for, so please can anyone recommend me something and if so be kind enough to post pictures since i'm becoming optimistic once again of getting rid of this...Thank you very much

It's hard to recommend any one remedy, since we are learning here that different remedies help different people, possibly because there are different causes.
Your best bet is to start reading other ongoing discussions here and see if anyone is having success and try it. Eventually, I hope, you will find something that helps you.
