Someone mentioned a site about skin picking and anxiety rings. I have lost the posting and the thread. If someone could help me that would be great. By the way I have been doing turquiose's routine- microdermabrasion and 15% AHA. Much better. Very smooth but still many deep plugs. Gotta stop popping!!
I think maybe I started the AHA too soon.
