I got this one ointment call Tretinion for my KP perscribed by my dermatologist in Janurary, and I'm not seeing any improvements. Has anybody else tried it and got results?

please excuse my ignorance, this is my first time posting anything on the internet, and I am not sure of what I am doing, I just posted a reply in "it's spreading" I am #17.

I will get some advise on how to naviagate this site, but in the meantime, please read my reply as I feel I had the worst case ever of KP, and solved it naturally without lotions or scrubbing.

I started with Tretinoin 4 days ago, I mix it with MSM-cream and I only use it on the face right now.

I can't use it on my face. It gets irritated. I'm only using it on my thighs and sometimes on my arms.

are you using the capsules or some type of lotion??
im using the capsules and it does nothing.

I'm using tretinoin in the obagi skin system along with obagi clear which is a skin bleach for the discolouration. I'm in my sixth week of use, and I have seen some improvement in the colouring of my skin. It says on the package info insert that Tretinoin takes up to 9- 12 weeks for good results. Keep on using it, and your skin will show some improvement. I use it every other night before I go to bed, so that I can reduce the irritation from the cream. Started showing a bit of redness and blistering, but it went away, after I started using it every other night. Hang in there with it, and hope this is helpful for you=).
