umm i don't really remember the website but it said that rubbing peanut butter twice a week on the stretch marks helps. however if u want to get rid of the stretch marks after u give birth i suggest this website www.stretchmarkcure.com
anyway i don't rub the peanut butter in a lot. just a little so that it will spread and then i leave it on for 20 minutes and wash off. i am glad to hear that it has helped some of you.

I see that you have been using the PB for about a week now. Have you noticed significant changes?

TheKid- What brand did you use? And did you use the same method of apply like lotion then leaving it on for 20 minutes and rinsing off, once a day?

Interesting. I went to the dermatologist about 2 weeks ago and he suggested Dove Sensitive Body Soap (bar not wash) and a lotion with Alpha Hydroxy. I've been using the bar soup and Eucerin Intensive Care lotion. I haven't noticed a huge change. So maybe I'll try the PB. Its less expensive than the lotion, but I'll have to keep myself away for my dogs while I let it rest

Have you noticed a reduction in redness, or is it mostly the bumps that have lessened?

Group, I'm sure we would all love to see Before and After photos as well! You can post them on http://photobucket.com/ (a photo host site) then post the URL address here so we can all see the difference. A picture is worth a thousand words!

Results!

I've had KP for twelve years and 5 months, and it's really inmproving. I'm trying several treatments:
Oil pulling
Peanut butter on my face
Tretinion on my legs
Olay in shower sensitive body lotion (which gives me the most improvements)

hmmm peanut butter! the wonderous and amazing peanut strikes again.
i love what it does for making DVDs play after you rent them from that cheesy Blockbuster.
mostly since i have gotten another boutof KP last year after changing my lifestyle, its been stress city again...you know quit smoking after 35 years, trying to cut back as much as possible on animal meat ( not an ez trick!) and taking up surfboading.
i been using a bar of FELS~NAPTHA soap to dry out and tighten my pok marks and you know the drill...it looks like it worked in the morning ,til you check it again at the end of the day and you know they are back and you get to start all over. ''sigh!"

good looking out LuckyLola! i'll be back to give you my take on this experiment .
...although i think it may work like Neosporin +pain relief ointment which i tried and it seemed to work for afew days and maybe i need to wash it off like you did the peanut butter after accouple hours so it does not re~infect.

i have been thru this before but dam if i can remember what it was ''I'' used to get the upperhand on this crazy dream and found out i'm back in it again.

Well its been about a week and half since i staarted using peanut butter. I persoanlly have thought its been gettin better, but it could have juss been my wishful thinking. So i showed my rents my arms today and they said it lookss ALOT better.
SO what i do is RUb the peanut butter on my arms like a lotion. Leave it on for about 20 - 25 mins and then wash it off.. Then i apply Coco BUtter to my arm while its damppp, dun ask me why its just something i decided to do and it seems to be working.. so i dont question it..
HAS anyone else had any luck with the peanut butter treatment??????
