reddness is "erythema"

Hey guys, I have recently been researching and talking to a plastic surgeon about the redness associated with skin conditions such as KP. The popular consensus seems to be that we can get rid of the bumps a lot easier than the redness. I think the biggest reason why that is is because most dermatologists prescribe anti-inflammatory creams, which will help to an extent, but the surgeon I was talking to said that most of the redness is what is called erythema. Erythema is the dilation of superficial capillaries, which can result from certain skin conditions (kp). Check out www.erythema.com, you guys will see what I’m talking about. After checking this site out, it all made a whole lot of sense.
