Hi there,
I've been reading this forum for a while and a few things seem to be coming back regularly about the possible links between KP and other problems/conditions. One of them would be overweight maybe, and the other one bad blood circulation. Is there anything else that you think could be related? Claire. |

I competely agree.
In my massive post i did a while ago i stated how much weight i've lost, and how much better my KP is. Also from exercising regularly my blood circulation has probably gotten alot better which has also helped my KP. Besides, being less fat means 2 things, less skin to look after and less body mass that needs blood to go around it ![]() |

I know the weight thing helps, but I don't want everyone to get the impression that if you lose the weight you'll lose the KP, because I've been a stick most of my life and have had the kp since childhood. Of course, I always have had the circulation problem.

Hi Everybody,
I think I have to disagree with the weight issue, or at least it isn't in my case. I've had pretty severe KP my entire life, and over the past decade, I've been both underweight and overweight About 5 years ago, I got on this health kick and I started running 4-5 days a week, unfortunately KP is still a horrible problem for me. I hope and prey for a solution real soon. L |
