Would love help with KP for our newly adopted 4 1/2 daughter. She has KP on her upper arms and just slightly on her face. She is very fair. We live in San Diego, so we need to find a sunscreen that will not irritate her skin.

We use Dove body wash for sensitive skin as her soap. Would love to know more of what people use as far as creams, etc.

Hi, Amy -- My 7 year old has slight KP on her upper arms, thighs and face. I've been using Cetaphil cleanser and the Neutrogena Skin Smoothing cream on her, which has worked quite well. She has occasionally complained that the Neutrogena cream "stings" her, so we've also used Eucerin skin cream on her, which has been working well also. I think that using Cetaphil instead of regular soap has made the biggest difference.
