Hi, ive had spotty skin all my life, my two children have it on the tops of their arms too.
I have never known untill today what it actually was!
Mine is on both my arms and legs, it doesnt cause any pain or irritation though and i supose thats why ive never looked into it before. Its more of a cosmetic thing for me, allthough i have always picked at it and can make it bleed sometimes.
I have looked at some other users pictures and i think i definately have KP, does anyone have any advice on clearing it, or what can reduce the redness at least?

I've been doing research and look up oil pulling under google. Gargling Sunflower oil or there is a few others I can't think of suppose to help a lot...Check it out
