Treatment and improvements from body wash

I have been using two products from neutrogena: Healthy Skin Face Lotion (for sensitive skin) and Neutrogena Body Scrub for a few months now and they really do smooth out my upper arm, but the redness still remains and not all the bumps go away.

However, recently, I see dramatic improvements on my KP and it started around the time I started using Dial's Men Hair/Body 2in1 body wash (the one that looks like car oil). I'm not sure if it is the combination with the neutrogena products, or it just works by itself, or maybe I'm just getting older and my KP starts to go away. It's worth a try everyone, I would really want to see if it is the Dial body wash doing the work. My theory is that the 2in1 body wash has very mild detergent cuz my skin remains moist and soft afterwash, and that helps getting rid of KP.
