Yep. It stunk. It's everywhere, do I know it's not eczema. Doctors thought it was eczema when I was little, but that was when it was only on my face. It spread EVERYWHERE! Literally.

cured worst case of kp naturally

I had the worst case of KP. From my ankles to my butt, stomach, chest and arms and some on back, not on face (thank god) I haven't worn shorts or a t-shirt in 20 years.

To make a very long story short, I have discovered a natural way to get rid of ALL of my bumps. I went to see a naturopathic doctor in October and sought advise form her as I have seen many dermatoligists, and tried every cream and topical solution there is.

We did something called a vega test. This tests you for food insensitivites (NOT allergies) and candida yeast level. This may sound strange at first, but I was sensitive to many foods, including wheat, dairy, red meat, red wine, gluten, sugar, and list keeps going....and going.....35 in total.

My doc said that we have to eliminate all of these foods until they clear, and my Kp would go away. I didn't believe her, but I had nothing to lose by trying. So I followed her instructions, which were basically eat anything you want as long as it didn't test negative.

It was difficult at first, as all of the foods I tested negative for where my staples, but I began to read labels and found alternatives to everything.

okay so it is four months later, I just got re-tested, and my results are nothing short of a miracle. My bumps are gone!!!!!!!! My skin is smooth, my test shows that all of my sensitivities have cleared except milk and lactose, which she says I can still enjoy on occassion.

I found this website last year, and really tried everything that is suggested on here, but something inside me knew that topical creams can only help as long as you use them, and I knew that there was something more to solving this problem other than scrubbing your skin everyday.

I know this sounds to good to be true, but it isn't. My original test cost me $90.00 and I have been re-tested twice for $45.00 each. So my total investment is $180.00.

There has been so many other health benefits to clearing my food sensitivities, such as my blood pressure is now normal, my menstral periods require no midol, or cramping, I have energy to excerise everyday, and the list goes on.

I have never posted anything on the internet before today, but could not wait to share my news with you, as I really feel like I solved the worst case ever of KP, naturally.

That's it, I'm gettin' tested! I hope I'm not allergic to milk or wheat. Being allergic to beef is fine, I love cows and refuse to eat them anyway =3.

NOT an allergy

Please understand this is not an allergy at all.

It is about food sensitivities. This may sound strange, but your body has a frequency and so does food, when you get tested you can actually HEAR the results, when a food tested negative it made a high pitched noise, when it agreed with me it made a low pitched sound. I really didn't even understand it until I researched after my first results came back.

Have you ever woken up and your KP seems worse than it did the day before? It is because you ate foods that don't agree with you and your body is telling you so through the bumps, or if you have other skin conditions it shows up as well.

I am not going to lie to you, it is hard to avoid all these foods, because for example sugar tested really bad for me. Sugar is in everything. I had to cook at home and eat nothing processed, or from a restuarant while I was trying to clear the foods.

My doc says I am her best patient because I was able to follow this for 4 months without cheating, and the thought of wearing a bathing suit, or shorts and a short sleeved short was enough to motivate me, as I have missed out every summer for 20 years, from complete shame and embarresment.

My skin started to clear about 2 weeks after, I swear it is a miracle how my skin in smooth, since I had the ugliest bumps that were quite large and would stay for months at a time.

Now at night I run my hands over my skin and marvel at how smooth everything is, and thank my lucky stars that I found this natural way to solve the KP.

I have had KP since I was little, I am now 30 years old, and I have it on my arms, back & stomach! But I am still able to model, I was in a 2004 Bikini calendar if you look close at the pictures you can see it on my stomach. It’s been stressful, depressing and extremely frustrating. Moving to AZ from OH assuming that technology would be more up to date due to a larger city, I was hoping I would find a cure. I went to the dermatologist on Tuesday March 6th she told me I was the 1st person she’s ever seen it on the stomach and told me that within the past year they have found something that will help it go away its called Kerol Redi-Cloths she had given me 2 samples and a prescription for 20 pads and asked me to apply it 2 times a day and make another appointment in 30 days. I used my 1st pad Tuesday night, it burned a little on my stomach & arms felt like I was on fire but I took the pain. I skipped Wed and Thurs I looked at my stomach and noticed that ˝ of those damn little bumps are gone!! I looked a few times actually. Try it!! Let me know if it works

Good luck

Kim
