Please HELP!

My KP Bumps on the back of my arms & on my upper thighs are getting WORSE as winter goes by. Sandpaper feels softer than my arms & thighs!

I have been using Buff Puff's to exfoliate as well as a Biore Facial Scrub.

Usually the bumps are better in the summer and worse in the winter BUT THIS IS THE WORST bumps I have ever had.

Any suggestions on any products I could use to help me battle the WORST BUMPS ever?

Perhaps you should try to exfoliate with some 15 or 20 aha lotion.

well i used to have REALLY bad bumps but not mine are tons better.. i used a 10% acid lotion proscribed from my family doctor and it REALLY worked for me the only thing is it took like 2-3 months, i started out 2 times a day (morning and night) but they after a month..my legs got so dry and like flakey because wat it does it take off the skin layers one by one but it got rid of almost all my kp (which i only have on the thighs)(very grateful lol) but then i went down to once a day and then none at all..now alls i do is MOISTERIZE! that is one thing u have to do or ill start scratching because of itchyness...if you have any tips on that pls help...
